Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a separate notification email containing your tracking number once your package has shipped. 
Local & International Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout. 
  • Domestic (Greece): Shipped via local courier networks. Expect delivery within 1 to 3 business days after processing.
  • International (Europe & Rest of World): Transit times vary depending on the destination country, typically taking 5 to 14 business days.
Duties, Customs, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, clearance charges, or import duties applied to your package by your destination country. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Package
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to update and show active movement after you receive your shipping confirmation email. 
Incorrect Addresses
Ensure your shipping destination, phone number, and name are completely accurate before submitting your payment. We are unable to redirect or alter a package's destination once it has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
